Managing Director Belgium
For an ambitious, fast-growing international consultancy based in Brussels, I am looking for a Managing Director Belgium to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth.
The company advises private and public organisations on sustainable buildings and cities. Its ambition is clear: turn sustainability into measurable solutions, create genuine impact and move beyond greenwashing.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage an existing organisation.
As part of the executive team, you will become the bridge between the founders and the organisation, translating strategy into execution and creating the structure, focus and accountability needed for the next stage of growth.
Your mandate spans people, operations, commercial performance and financial steering.
You will lead and challenge the Business Unit Leads and key support functions, strengthen the commercial engine, steer on performance and professionalise the organisation without losing its entrepreneurial spirit.

A leader who combines entrepreneurial energy with operational discipline.
You bring a strong track record in a consultancy, scale-up or growing SME, with substantial experience in leading people, managing performance and building organisations.
You are comfortable with numbers, commercially minded and naturally focused on clients and relationships. You know how to turn strategy into action, challenge when needed and make things happen.
Most importantly, you combine high standards with a genuine interest in people.
Hard for the figures. Soft for the person.
Experience in sustainability or real estate is a plus, but leadership capability and entrepreneurial mindset matter more.
You are professionally fluent in Dutch, French and English.
